WHAT SIZE STIHL DO I HAVE

Hi y'all. I am new to the site and only found it through google while searching for my Stihl serial numbers. No other sites had any answers but y'all kept popping up so I feel like this is the place to get some answers. I recently got a few saws in a trade for a trolling motor and 3 of them had the model on them still so no problems I.D.ing them. The other 2 are bigger than the rest with the stickers wore out or gone. I finally found the serial numbers on them (no thanks to the 15 youtube videos) and cannot find any info from googling them. I saw where some members here were able ID other saws and was hoping to get lucky and someone could id mine. I have included pics of both saws. I appreciate any help. Thanks

Your first saw is an 038, the second one is an 046.

It looks like the print on the tag might be small enough to be an 038 magnum. You'll have to measure the bore to be sure.

Well that was quick. Thank you very much seems like I did come to the right place lol. What should the bore measure to be a magnum on 038?

038 AV = 48MM or roughly 1.89"
038 AVS/Super = 50MM or roughly 1.97"
038 Magnum/Magnum II = 52MM or roughly 2.05"

A clean popsicle stick works to measure the bore. Stick it in from the exhaust port and run the piston up hard against it. Measure from round end to mark left by the port edge. Accurate to plus/minus 1/64”. [emoji106]
