What spark plug for Mac 10-10?

I cant figure out what spark plug I should use in my 10-10, its confusing, it came with a DJ7J in it, which is what I replaced the plug with, and I'm not sure if its the right plug or not.

If it seems to be working just fine, is there any harm being done?

The one you got is the regular one or use NGK BM6F.As you noticed,the plug on those saw are with a taper.

I recall from memory that they came fitted with a DJ8 Champion as standard.

I also recall using a DJ6 as the DJ8 glased over when using unleaded fuel and the DJ6's at least kept the plug clean.

A DJ6 would be a colder plug. Champion plugs are the higher the number the hotter the plug burns. NGK's are the opposite!

Autolite 2956 is what my new ebay 10-10 came with. When I put her to work besides wall art, I'll throw Ozflea's recommendation in.
