Where to send teeth to be retipped?

I haven't found a local company that can retip my teeth so does anyone know of a good company I can ship them to?

Also does anyone know where to get just the carbide tips? If I were to do it myself?

If anyone has the Carlton "new style" sandvik teeth they want to sell let me know thanks.
