I have a Vermeer 1250 with a Perkins turbo diesel for sale on ebay. Today it is at $4000. I also have 1996 Vermeer 1230 w/Perkins diesel for sale for $6500. And a 2001 Vermeer 1230A w/Perkins diesel under 700 hours for $14,500.

You are referring to Stumpman's post of his being rebuilt. I used to put new power units on chippers constantly. They worked great and still work great today. I just saw a 1 year old engine at my old store, that was blown up. Dirt injestion. So if you want to talk good sales pitch, just in everyday business, talk about your stuff/work not others. You will gain more respect. Not trying to be rude just making an observation that others may take what you are saying, wrong!
