Which grease for stihl kombi hedge trimmer attachment

I just got a 145 degree hedge trimmer attachment for my kombi and the owners manual calls for 2 different types of grease.

There are 2 grease fittings on the head, one for each gearbox.

The grease for the weed eater and brush cutter attachment goes in one fitting and another lithium looking grease goes in the other fitting.

Do I really need to buy both types or will the dark brown brush cutter grease work in both spots.

Thanks. Those are the only places to grease. The manual the dealer gave me says use brushcutter lubricant for one and hedge trimmer grease for the other.

I will have to call my dealer.

Do you call the Chevy dealer and ask them if you could use the same oil for both the engine and transmission?

They both are slick and oily......

The instruction manual on their website says use 2 different greases. I guess Stihl does not even know.
