which square grinder ?

You guys that are familiar with the square grinders.
Which one is better ?
Silvey Razur Sharp II
or the
Silvey Swing Arm ( the old Razur Sharp 1)

How hard are the square grinders to get set up and operate ? Can any average idiot do it ???
Any input would be appreciated I'm think of getting a square grinder in the future.
