Which tach are you using or do you recommend

Time for a new tach, I would like one that runs to 15,000 rpm's minimum and if possible works with 2 and 4 stroke engines equally.

Which do you own, use or recommend?

Where did you buy it?

Stihl EDT5, I have seen it read 15,600 on a modified "026" (not too many 026 parts in that baby) IN THE CUT.

I have been using a PET tachometer for over seven years, had one before that that was even older and it was stolen. Dolmar and Makita sell the PET tach under number 950233210. It works for 2 and 4 cycle single and twin cylinder. Only draw back is the battery is not replaceable.
