Who out there has operated a 3120 for a little while?

And what do you like about the saw, or dislike?

Would you buy it again?

I know those are about 10 pounds heavier than what I have, but it seems the weight may be advantageous if used right.

Thanks

I've had one for a little over a year. Have a 44" titanium bar on it. Bought it because it was cheaper than the big Stihl. Don't use it a whole lot, mostly for bucking big wood and flush cutting stumps. It's a bit unwieldly and for felling I'd rather use a lighter saw.

I don't like the husky chain tensioner on that saw. It's a PITA with a long bar. Would probably buy again but, if $ wasn't an object would opt for the stihl.

Let's see, it's heavy and not for dragging around all day. great for milling, although a side mounted chain tensioner would be nice in that case.

Occasionally take it out to take down a a large dbh pine, but 36" is about the biggest bar I need to run. It pulls 75LG on a 36" with no problems. I'd get one again if i had to.

Love it!

I've had some coil problems, but not lately. I think this is the third one.

Make sure you get the optional trailer package.:D
