Help,opinions on woodsplitter

Story; One of my friends passed away from cancer. His wife called and ask if i would help her make wood, yes. But when her husband passed away the family, took his saws, had a skidloader with tm splitter ,dump trailer . So we are looking for a logsplitter, i have a saw that will work for now. Im hoping to get pointed in the right direction. She has OWB. So im looking for splitter with long travel, a lift so she can run it when im not there. Any advice will help.

Thanks Brian

That is a sad story and just goes to show how shallow and selfish people really are. A good place to start looking for splitters and saws would be Craiglist on the web, local wanted ads in various news papers and maybe posting some wanted ads locally. I hope she gets some or all of those items back too.

I'd ask her for the names and numbers of the "family" and then call them and tell them to be there saturday morning at 6am ready to work and bring the equipment.
