I am having issues with my Woodmaster. I set the controls to turn off at 185 with a hy of 5. It turns the fan on at 150 for some reason.

My house is cold at 150. ... Great at 185 - 170.

I have a thermostat that looks identical to the wood master one. The issue is there isn't a relay for the thermosistor. Could I wire this thermostat up?

How does that thermosistor wire/relay work?

Well I replaced my aquastat and the sensor. It worked perfect for about 3 days. Then it went back to not coming on until 150ish degrees. I have found that a well placed log to the back of the fire box knocks something and the fan starts. I have tried knocking the thermostat and the door to get everything started but neither seems to kick it over.

Is there anything on the back of the boiler that would control the relay or the fan? Is the float switch wired in in some manner?

I would call Woodmaster. Have spoke with them a couple times and worked out well.

I emailed them about a week ago and never got a response. I'm am leaning towards the snap disk now. Never realised that was back there. And it fits with my issue.
