Good stuff, we did some practice in November using the same technique, we did 5 scenarios. One thing to remember is to support patient/victims neck using another lanyard wrap it around and bring them upright a little more to avoid any further injury, it's easier to work with them, and lower them with more control as well. (learned that at one of the TCIA demo's)
 
Looks like pretty good work to me... You stay vocal the whole time which I think is important. Welcome to the site by the way.

Don't see anything funny about this video. I've rescued the dummy a few times at tci and it was one of the most important things I've learned. I had to do an aerial rescue about 6 years ago, by the time the fire dept. got there I was already lowering him to the ground
