Can anyone tell me or show me with a photo where the adjustment screw for the chain oiler is on a Husky 435? Neither the owners nor shop manual are helpful. Thanks, Larry

I think it’s a fixed rate oiler. No adjustment on most consumer saws

The manual has a pic showing which way to turn the screw (CCW for+ and CL for -), but not where it is. Maybe that's just generic Husky info since my 350 is like that. attached pic is from the 435 manual pic#16

Have a look through your manual and see if there is a "Technical Data" page, go to it, read down left margin until you find the words " Type of oil pump " to the right of that it should read " Not Adjustable".
From the shop manual, thanks.

Technical data
Note 1: Noise emissions in the environment measured as sound power (LWA) in conformity with EC directive 2000/14/
EC.
Note 2: Equivalent sound pressure level, according to ISO 22868, is calculated as the time-weighted energy total for
different sound pressure levels under various working conditions. Typical statistical dispersion for equivalent sound
pressure level is a standard deviation of 1 dB (A).
Note 3: Equivalent vibration level, according to ISO 22867, is calculated as the time-weighted energy total for vibration
levels under various working conditions. Reported data for equivalent vibration level has a typical statistical dispersion
(standard deviation) of 1 m/s2.
