Thanks, I'm soaking it overnight. i didn't take apart the lever spring thing though (1st out of focus photo). The 2nd photo shows the nipple side, but no numbers.IMG_9328.JPGIMG_9329.JPG
 
Forgot about the 011 carb soaking, so I'm putting it back together now. Does the gasket (fiber board) go against the carb, then the diaphragm and then the cover?
I saw a video where a guy did it that way. The reason I'm asking, I had all three parts stacked together as I removed them, but on picking them up to install them, my hand slipped. DumbA$$ me didn't make a mental note. I do believe it should be the other way around: membrane, gasket, cover.
