Don't blow high pressure air into the carb. Also try swapping the flywheel. As far as the Vac and pressure test goes as mentioned already if you can do that it would eliminate a lot and narrow down the possible problems. Also check the fuel line and see if it is real soft possibly collapsing under load and check the tank breather by opening the fuel cap when the issue arises.
