Not 100% sure if it is a 090 or 070 it does have the 6 shoe clutch. I guess the best thing to do would be just start with the pics and get that out of the way.

WOW looks like you have a brand new clutch cover for it too. I can't help you on what model it is.

Well it seems that I have lost most of the pictures during the upload I had took several more under the cover. This saw was being used for a hot saw years ago that is the reason for no muffler and running it with outthe air box hooked up

Yes it came with the new cover and a sack with some new springs and crank nut for the clutch
I've never heard of just ditching the muffler all together. I suspect it was removed and simply misplaced. Fortunately, they're not hard to come by.

Brad what do you think on the clutch what is suppose to make it tight on this bushing All I have is the one big washer and the nut for the crank the washer bottoms out on a step in the crank before the clutch tightens up

-Looks like you have an early model. Red paint, crankshaft locking screw, white throttle trigger, cast Stihl logo on engine shroud etc and the serial number.
-070 vs 090, the muffler is already off so measure the bore! 58mm vs 66mm
-The adapter sleeve (what you called the bushing) gets compressed and expands locking the clutch to the shaft. It is romovable from the shaft. Make sure crank stub, adapter sleeve and inside of clutch are degreased before reinstalling.
-You have the 090 recoil too!
-The model plate you listed isn't the right one. Your saw would have had a decal saying 070 or 090.

I have the same old style top cover(mine's a 070), and can tell you, the plate you listed is not the right one. Still looking for the decal. It is just a plain 070(090for you).

If the clutch is original its an 090 other than that check the bore
