hay guys im wanting to make a small mill for my 066 i have got a stihl 24" rolomatic bar on it ive got big dogs on aswell i dont have my saw with me and im about 6hours away from it i need to know the length of the bar from the tip of the dogs to the tip of the bar so i can work out where to put my clamps

if you have the spikes like the top pic youre gonna have 23inches from tip of bar to spikes
the other will give you 22-1/4 inches,it will vary slightly depending on chain and bar condition

I would get rid of the clamps and drill the bar ,put a guard over the tip of the chain with a aux oiler . Looks nice loctight the bolts ,needs run .:hmm3grin2orange: marks on the uprights help adjustment time go faster .
