So I wanted to give something nice to a good friend here that has hooked me up with some sweet stuff!! I engine turned a bar a while back but sold it on a saw as the bar was not in great shape.
I use a nylon abrasive brush with a bridle on it 1300 rpm with a .125" engagement 2 second dwell offset 1/4 to the right and 1/2 down. There is 540 spots per side.
Da sand the bar smooth and remove paint.
Coat the bar with 180 grit lapping compound.
In process, first line.
All done 21 min later.
