Two options. A hammer and a punch, to drive the clutch off by engaging the slots in the clutch, or a proper tool that engages into those slots. These can be bought, or made from an old socket. Simply grind the socket to form tabs that engage the slots in the clutch, and turn it off clockwise, as it is left hand threaded.
 
I usually use an air hammer. There are small notches in the clutch that the chisel on the air hammer fits in. Then just hold the flywheel in one hand and it will pop right off.
 
This is what I made from 1" pipe. Couldn't see spending twenty dollars or more for the "real deal".
