Amoungst My Saws........Fool That Has Too Many!!!
This is Slabracing's Dolmar 6400 muffler. I took a different approach on this one than I did on my own Dolmar mufflers. I opened up the original port and and put a second port in front. The port up front enabled me to open up the basket on the inside. This way of modding a 6400/7300/7900 was easier than my previous attempts.

I like the black colour better than the stock "galvanized" look. Are they galvanized?
 
A friend of mine got a modified 5100 recently and the muffler had been repainted silver/ aluminum color. IMO it looked cheesy/ chintzy. It needed to be painted black or run for a few hours to burn it off so it didn't look like aluminum foil.

Any idea on good mesh size for spark arrestor?

That port on the very front with a straight shot to the exhaust outlet on the cylinder will burn the bark on a big tree.

Would be OK for racing.
