I could be mistaken but I am pretty sure that e-mail used to be for the Tilton distribution.....Tilton no longer distributes Emak

OK, now that's a really useless piece of information for you...

I just tried to talk directly to their e-mail servers and the one they announce as the first to try states that there is no mailbox that accepts mail for the address you tried. That's called a permanent error and results in you getting a non delivery report right back.

That means that they either stopped using that address, or they are having some kind of problems with their mail servers.

However, they do still advertise that address on their web site so them having problems is my best bet.

Try finding another address or call them instead.

I am trying to track them as well and from what I gather there is no Emak US at the present time and no one seems to know what they have planned in the future. The aftermarket arm is shipping and available but the whole goods is up in the air

I called the number, but they're closed after 5:00

two local dealers (to me) that dealer locator lists do not have current whole goods, and one has been trying to get me a part for a string trimmer for some time (non-critical -air filter...I cut a B&S foam filter down to fit). Both asure me that Efco/Emak is still alive...but niether is in any hurry to get any product on the shelves.
