Yep she needs changed...don't feel bad I seen a worse one today. He thought his clutch was smoked but in reality he had worn completely through the sprocket and it was split so chain was riding in btw the two halves.
If possible, go with a rim sprocket. That way all you have to change in the future is the sprocket and not the whole clutch drum. While you're at it, check for wear on the bar nose sprocket if it has one.
