Huztl has a sale going for $26 + shipping. My shipped price is $36 to Oklahoma. Wish I needed some but if you guys need them get them ordered today. Huztl sales never stay priced as long as the website states...in this case it will not be $26 for 7 more days as the site shows.
Make Chips!,
If somebody in the States ordered these kits in bulk, or has one they no longer want, I'd like to get my hands on one for a good price. If you have a different Huztl kit, I might still be interested.
Thanks!
I got this a few days ago and today did an unboxing video, what's in the box. The camera will give you a really good look at each part. Right now you can save a bunch of money on shipping as it is included.
I have a MS660 that I built from a Huztl kit but I want a 070 to be it's permanent...
First off they are making a drill attachment for the chain saw. That really would come in handy anytime you don't have access to electricity, or like putting up fence for example. There is a winch that can be coupled with a saw that might be interesting what do you think?
On the Husky...
The build, been a while since I had messed with these, but for some reason there was an interest so I scrounged up the parts along with a piece or two I had to buy. Yet another iteration of those MS660 aftermarket builds. HAVE to say BOTH the Hyway and Cross just eat up an as delivered 54mm from...
Join me on the popular Huztl MS660 kit build. To make things interesting, I plan to see how the build goes with the absolute minimum of tooling while using only common household appliances and kit components. Fingers crossed!
Here's the first step....chill that crank.
I am curious if the Huztl kits weight the same as OEM. True weights reported on the forum for OEM are: 440=13.6 lb 372=14.1 lb. Has anyone weighed a dry Huztl powerhead on a good scale?
Huztl carries the following kit saw series...they throw in some other model numbers in each series but, you get the idea:
MS360 $136
MS361 $136
MS380 $169
MS440 $194
372 $158
Pros and cons on which one to order? Place your vote and please give reasons for...
I broke down to AS peer pressure! Yes I blame all of you! Just placed an order for a Huztl MS660 and a bunch of misc stuff including a 36" Holzfforma chainsaw mill on sale for $57.41 + s for the next 20 hrs or day+20 hrs. It states "1 DAY 20:04:32" as of now. Can't wait for it to...
I just received my new Huztl aftermarket ms 440 parts kit. This is a new kit from Huztl and I like the looks of the parts so far.
I would like to hear about other builders of these kits. I think they will be popular at under $300 delivered.
I just bought a chainsaw kit I am happy with. Its come up in the build thread things about this company. Some members had multiple contacts with the company or missing items and delayed deliveries. They have been eventually were responsive. Some might even be getting paid for their constant...
