020 avp weak or no spark

Checked flywheel coil clearance but suspect electronic mod under flywheel. I can feel voltage but it only jumps occasionaly from nail to muffler. Thanks Kirk

Check to make sure it isn't grounding out somewhere, bare spot in a wire, check your on off switch, also check the end of the coil wire at the spark lead to make sure it is getting a good contact to the spark plug.
