My uncle brings over this 028 that doesn't run right he says. A couple of tweaks of the carb adjusters and she's purring like a kitten (or is that roaring like a lion). Come to find out, the guy he works for told him to get that thing out of his garage and throw it away. Why is it I never have such luck?
