I have the top cover and starter if its 4mm
i feel really dumb but what do you mean by 4mm
No need to feel dumb about it Brian. They made the starter in two mtg screw versions. Depending on your crankcase, it could be 4mm or 6mm mounting screws.
Most of the time I've found the 036's used 6mm mounting. If @Totembear doesn't respond I should have a top cover set. I only have that to part with, maybe the air filter ass.
