034 Question

sold an 034 super with 20in rollmatic awhile back. sure was a sweet saw.

quit using 034 super after getting my 046. seems for smaller jobs, 026 came out. 046 for everything else. unless something really large, then 064 comes out.

I have a lot of hours behind 2 034 sprs and an 036. I used 18 to 25in. bars. 18 is uncomfortable to me. It takes a lot to slow them up much with the 20. Does good with the 25 in average wood. Balances nice with the 20. I get a lot more done w the 34spr then the 031 or o32 in the same amount of time. Most of the time used 3/8 p chain w/7 tooth rim with plenty of power. Tried .325 with 7 tooth slowed chain speed and used to much fuel. Cutting mostly oak.
