I've found that it's always worth a call to the dealer. A lot of small stuff (fuel line, impulse line, filters, etc.) are actually cheaper at the dealer. The clutch cover (I think the dealer calls it a "sprocket cover") is a good example. I should buy 10 of them and sell them on eBay.I never even called the dealer after seeing them for what they go for on eBay I assumed the would be alot more, ill give them a call now
The $25 price is for a plastic clutch cover, the magnesium ones are much more. The last time I got a price for a mag one, it was $65...I never even called the dealer after seeing them for what they go for on eBay I assumed the would be alot more, ill give them a call now
My dealer must be confused, because I've bought several mag clutch covers for $24.90. I'm not going to argue with him.The $25 price is for a plastic clutch cover, the magnesium ones are much more. The last time I got a price for a mag one, it was $65...
