044 very hard to start when cold now

yea i was thinking about getting a elastostart handel. Tank looks good, I dont thing the timing is off because it runs excelant, and I dont think its a vacume leake becasue if runs excellant. I havent run it for acauple days maybe Ill go out this mornign and see how she fires up.

I went to try and fire her up today, didnt happen I didnt have time to mess with it so I pulled out the ol mcculloch, I dont have the time or patience to fix it so Im going to take it to the shop.

Any suggestions on what exactly I should have checked or done?
