once I get that fixed shouldnt I be able to remove the filter and pressure up to the needle valve in the carb??????

Held good pressure to the carb inlet valve and no more fuel pouring every where,,,,, must have had some trash between the carb and intake boot flange,, and in the carb box I did find some excess woodchip debris about the area, cleaned it all good pressure test to carb fuel inlet (Needle valve) proving fuel line/elbow carb box, carb,,, yeah!!!!
Pulled handle on Steves 066 today to change buffers, Upper buffer mount tab broken clean off the handle on the Flywheel side,,, looks like its time for a new handle!!!!
Gosh he's rough on his equipment,,,,
