Is that a new Tank/Handle?

Great Work , how did you get the tank/handle lookin so good?

I have been tossing it around in my head. I bought a headlight restore kit from a auto parts store. It is supposed to clear up the finish of yellowed and scratched headlights. The kit says to use sand paper on agressive tarnishing, Mine is real bad, but it is a tank/handle for a 440 and they are not too cheap. I started but, it didn't look too promising in my situation.

Any advise?
