It was also not monkeyed with. Very original saw. On used saws I find that is more important then anything else. My 2 cents

Worth more than .02c if you ask me.

Unmolested saws as well as other types of machinery generally bring more $$ and are well worth it.

Paint is cheap and easy to fix, even comes in an easy to use spray can.

Too bad they dont have "points in a can" Eh sap?

I'm probably not going to bid on that particular saw, but I have been keeping my eyes open for a saw 084,088,090.
So, if we were to have to replace the piston and jug, and put new crank seals in, new muffler, air filter, starter recoil, clutch. (basically complete rebuild of an 084) how much should the maximum be to pay for a used saw?

Lets take this 084 for example, you spend $350.00 on the saw and you have to rebuild it provided the tanks, case, and chassis parts are not damaged. Should you end up having $800.00 into or less?

I want a big saw but right now can't afford to shell out $800 to a $1,000 so I'm just trying to look at different ways of getting into a big saw.
So I got more than .02 cents worth plus alittle :spam: hopefully no one wants a refund.LOL
Seriously thanks for the input.
