Will try that…2 screwdrivers…I’ve got a 140S which is somewhat similar, that washer can be a real pain in the ass to remove. Should be able to work it out with a small flat screwdriver. Gotta do a north south prying action back and forth until it comes loose.
Well, no joy. I even heated the washer with a mini torch...no joy.
I may tac-weld a couple bolts to the damn thing and use a puller.
I think it had welded itself to the shaft...not enough clearance built in IMOWhat was holding the washer on so tight?
Several on ebay from a search for "Husqvarna 44 oil hose"Now, to find an oil hose. They don’t seem to exist. Will try some from other saws…

My first attempt, too. It looks like the part number was super ceded, thus the more generic search.Thanks. I just entered the pt# and got zip. I think I suck at the intar web
I have an extra tube from a 61 carcass and it fits ok. May just leave that in.My first attempt, too. It looks like the part number was super ceded, thus the more generic search.
Not sure if the washer had too tight a tolerance from the factory or 45yrs of age had something to do with it. I clearanced it by a couple thousandths and now it spins freely on the shaft but not too much to wobble. What was holding the washer on so tight?
