Not sure but it should be the same as for a non XL bc2000. Search for: Bc2000 knife bed adjustment. I guess it depends on your mechanical ability, but I found it fairly easy. Study the parts diagram and understand how the cammed pieces work before removal. After flipping mine, I set it back up on a flat surface like the kitchen table. Use feeler gauges and you can set the cammed end caps back up evenly.
 
Flipping an anvil is usually a two person job. If you have the vertical feed rollers they will have to be separated and someone will need to crawl up in the throat to check for clearance between the knives and the anvil. We usually set our chippers at about a 1/16 of an inch. Always remember to turn the drum backwards so you don't damage the knives or the anvil incase they were to hit each other.
