Lets see a picture. Does it bog down? Is it heavy? And why what wrong with 14" or 16".

That 200T is way underpowered for a 24" blade. I have 2 climing saws. A 036 Pro with a 12" for small stuff like pruning, and a 044 Magnum with a 14" for take downs. Sometimes I take both of them on my belt cause I hate pulling them up and down on the rope. And I bet I can outclimb you on any tree.
