2101xp age?

hello guys I just traded for a 2101xp husky serial #8410334 Is this an 88 model ? It has the 300th anniversary sticker on it which is from 89.
I think all it needs is a chain brake. has a brand new 36 in oregon bar and new 33rs stihl chain

looks like you have a 87-4 version since it's before 89-02

It is quite common that Husky saws made late 1988 has the anniversery sticker on them.

It usually takes some weeks from a saw is made in Sweden, until it hits the market in the US, so it likely was sold in 1989.
