Yes it is cool, it was covered here a few months back. Kinda long but if would be fun to ride...Bob

Wow! Twenty four engines and it still can't beat a car. That's awsome.

The was a reason that it lost to the car, the transmission was not working properly so the motorcycle had to start in 3rd gear giving the car a distinct advantage.

Or, a 24 saw engined motorcycle without rear suspension is just not a good design. How do you think it would do against my four cylinder ZX900 or my two cylinder Cagiva in any sort of race? After a bike looses to a car in a drag race is the wrong time to lay blame on it's preparedness.
John..

The motorcycle was done for FUN was nothing serious about the race. You guys remember FUN right.

Chris, made it through the holidays, cant say so much for my old laptop. I have been busy moving all my files over to a new one but nothing new right now for the new year. Just working to improve the website mainly.

believe it or not, i saw a guy pushing that bike down the highway by me. it broke down and he couldn't find a local dealer for parts.

How about some video of a real nice 7900 blowing off some fast cookies?
Sorry, there are no more saws available because they are all being used to power the delivery truck.

I hate to say that so many have missed the point of this one of a kind motorcycle. To each his own.

It sure is a one of a kind!

If I may, the first time I saw the bike site, I was hoping to read something of how they couldent test it, as it just burnt the tire off at the line from having too much power!

There is perhaps no one that would like to see Dolmar score a huge lift, and a screeming saw-bike could have done it. I know that it dos'nt have anything to do with the saws Dolmar is selling now !

After being away from saws for about 15 years, I'm very glad that there doing as well as they are. In fact there kickeng butt and taking names with a couple models.

But everything brands us to the product, like the pick-um-up that pulls the Peter-built truck out of it's way in the ad.

I would like to thank you for the reminder that the real bottem line should be about fun!

Kevin

And that point would be that guys who really know nothing about motorcycle design can still get one to make it down a drag strip slower than a car? Boss Hog already made that point. I would hope that Stihl would make a better bike or not one at all.:)

Oh give me a break. The bike is neat.

I do believe Stihl did make a "bike" but didnt have the creative thinking of using chainsaw engines, just made one like the others with a motorcycle engine. Oh well I am proud of our novelity and it was amazing how much attention it got at the Louisville show. How about all the chainsaw manufactures put together a 24 engine motorcycle and we race them against each other, you know apples to apples as they say. My money would be on the Dolmette!

Squirrely! I just love the idea of having a womens baseball team starting it up, must be quite the sight, hm, just love the idea of having a womens baseball team....oh nm. Sortta curious how fast that thing is, there didn't seem to be any speeds posted. I think that it'd be cool to run that on the saltflats and see what it'd really do flat-out, 10,000 rpm is a lot to play with. That weird solid tyre, hm, not really for dragracing is it? Looks a tad light in the azzend too. Still all-n-all looks like a fun and wild project *unofficial two thumbs up* :) Lets see some speed specs!! (Please)

Fun is Fun
