252 pulley question

anyone know the easiest way to get the hex keys out of the cutter wheel and jackshaft pulleys?

Dig all the dirt out, use a t-handle hex wrench for better leverage and clearance, they always come out.

If you mean the key in keyway that keeps the pulley from spinning on its shaft.
You don't pull it out, you press out the pulley collar, that locks the pulley in place.
Do this buy driving grade 8 bolts into the treaded holes in the collar.
If that is not what you mean then please explain.
