262Xp Parts

I recently bought A 262xp for $75 from an ad in the paper. It came with a 24in bar, a 16 in bar and four chains for each, plus he gave me a pretty nice stihl case. Its pretty beat up but after about six pulls it fired up but idled hi and the chain never stopped moving. The plate on the side says it was made in 1997. One of the handle panels are missing and a spring inside the handle. I am trying to start a small, part-time tree removal and trimming service mostly for friends and word of mouth. I also have a stihl ms250 which is great but I wanted a bigger saw to add to my arsenal. So here are my questions:
What is a fair price to have it refreshed and is it worth it?
Can I still get parts like the handle and spring, does anyone have this part for sale?
What service to you guys suggest getting done?
