272xpg help needed taking apart

Hey I have a 272xpg from the graveyard. Im trying to remove the tank hand grips before I break them , what’s the secret I see the clips in the front… I donno if the grey things are caps or a pin, they are held in firm in the rear, I can bow them out through the operator presence lever slot

I think the grey circle at near bottom of insert is a screw under plug that retains them as they have the heating element in them

well there is always Milwaukee heated gloves at depot to use as backup-
