This saw sat under the bench for years at the local shop. They robbed parts off of it once in a awhile as you can see. Good news is the compression is strong. Starter is fine. Clutch and side cover OK. Carb was set for a foam filter but it is gone, Top is junky. Fuel tank looks like it will hold. Cylinder has some porting and looks like it was cleaned real good. Chance for a 281 builder for $250. Full wrap and good dawgs. Mashed muffler,dual outlet, but still fits. Build your own 288!
