Selling a clean 288xp. Saw was in really good shape when I got it last year. Nice crankcase, very little rash as pictures will show.
I had a new recoil, new clutch cover and new top cover. The original plastics weren’t bad at all but since I had new plastics I figured why not use them. All OEM with the exception of the button head screws on the recoil. I like those because they don’t loosen. Fuel tank looks new as well. New OEM fuel line, fuel filter.
Saw has a non decomp KS jug. New OEM piston/rings. I set the cylinder up in the Clausing and cut .035 from the band and .060 from the base. Squish is .021 with a base gasket. Raised uppers and added finger ports.
