After a recent discussion I decided to get a Husky filing kit mainly to test out the progressive raker gauge. While the raker gauge appears to fit the tooth filing gauge does not. The photos show standard Stihl RS chain. However, the same issue exists on Oregon 72DPX.
It looks like the gauge is supposed to sit on the tie straps on each side of the tooth. As you can see in the photo if you rest the guide on the tie straps on one side it hits the drive link on the other. Am I doing something stoopid or is Husky 3/8" chain somehow different?
