As I posted on Dave's for sale thread, I bought one through him off eBay, he has an Excellent feedback rating, and eBay showed that he had already ready sold 28 3120XP's before I bought mine from him.
Dave has an Excellent reputation, and a Great Price on an Awesome Saw, I would buy from him again, without hesitation.
If you do get a 3120XP( Love Mine), if following the directions, it is hard to start, forget the throttle lock, just set the choke cold, use the decompression button and it should start easy. Even though the manual said to use the choke AND throttle lock, mine didn't like that, and didn't need the throttle lock.
