Since we have not seen 32:1 premixed fuel .. what are are my options ?

I don’t have a older saw so I can’t say to be sure but I wouldn’t hesitate to use the the stihl 50:1 stuff In the gray bottle . Mixing oil is far superior than it use to be back then . Amsoil claims you can run their mixing oil 100:1 in anything and it will be fine

Never run that 100:1 BS. Run 32:1 or 40:1 and forget about it.

With the new true fuel with out the ethanol .. I would think this could help the old saws

Buy the zero ethanol, tru fuel with no oil. Then add your own oil at whatever ratio you want.
Or ethanol free pump gas (if you have it available in your area), and mix as you see fit.
I run 32:1 in everything, both new and older saws. I've never met a 2-stroke that complained about having too much oil. The trick is to adjust the carb around the higher oil content. It's not difficult.

I've ran 50:1 since the 1970s, same mix as my dirt bikes, still the same. Never an oil related failure, bikes or saws. Old Homies and Stihls milling too.
If you want to be retro, get some 20W non-detergent and go with 20:1

In purchase the husky 50-1 pre mix and add more two stroke oil to it, that’s around 40:1 maybe 38:1. Readjust all the carbs and getter done.
Years ago it was one pint of oil to one gallon of gas Clinton two strokes. Not a living flying bug in the area. We’re talking late 1950’s here.

i am a 32/1 guy myself . and others.well its just another oil thread.
Ok with the ethanol free fuel, how many use the synthetic oil that is out there?

I use Maxima Formula K2 at 32:1. It’s synthetic and burns clean.

after burning 4 new chainsaw ok poulan pro saw running 50:1 mix doing slabs i switch to 32:1 synthetic stihl oil and no more burnt saw

If you tune for it and you are actually working the saw..... Not just piss revving it in the yard or garage and can tune worth a crap 32:1 is better for the old half wore out saws with nla parts. If it's just something you fire up once in awhile 50:1 is fine. Not everyone needs 32:1. The way my dad cuts 50:1 is just fine. Lots of time between cuts. Where me it's cut after cut.

My Titan Model E has a label on it calling for 12:1. I can't imagine the smoke that those guys endured back in the day.

If you want a screaming deamen on pro saws 48 mm piston or bigger 107 octane race fuel 
40 to 1 think about the 12,000 to 13,000 rpms these baby's turn on high rpm or the stihl pre mixed is great for you stihl saw owners seen a saw that sit 5 years with pre mixed stihl fuel fired right up and run 
like a singer sewing machine or if you straight gas it by mistake some do this 
send to me for a full professionally rebuild and pro clean ultrasonic commercial cleaner. (Chain saw 101)***Rubber Duck PS Happy sawing safety first and just use common sense 
and service you equipment take care of it and those wood
