It has 115dl for 3/8 stamped on bar but I have .404 .063

Or rather you have a bar that was originally made and marked as a 3/8 bar with fitted 3/8 sprocket nose tip- somewhere in its life the nose tip was swapped out from 3/8 to .404 and arrived with you with a .404 chain, a chain you could have marked one drive link off, used it as #1 and counted the rest.

Yes the sprocket nose has .404 on it, but .063 on the bottom side of the bar, stamped.
