365 Husky won't start

Probably the inlet needle is stuck.You can avoid to open the carb by removing the air filter and pour a bit of gas in the carb opening ,should start right away and ayour saw will be ok if only the inlet was stuck.Its not a vent problem.
 
Pull the plug and see if there is gas on it. If it is dry (after trying to start) you are not getting gas. Check carb, feul lines etc. If there is gas on it, set it on the cylinder and pull the saw over. But, be sure that there isn't any gas lying around, as it may ignite. If it won't spark check your plug, wire, coil, etc. If neither of these two, check compression. 3 things needed for any motr to run.
 
I've found that with a saw that has sat with mix in it, that over time, the gas evaps and the oil clogs the fuel filter. putting in fresh mixed gas and letting it sit a few hours usually avoids wearing your arm out pulling it over.

Fuel line has cracked where it goes in the tank. That would be the first thing I would look at.
