I just picked up this 372 XP OE. It doesn’t look quite as low hours as the seller suggested. But after driving an hour and the guys poor wife showing me this, I just paid the money. Can anyone tell me anything about it from the label?

Yes but I did not inspect the piston yet. I could see the air filter will need to be cleaned out or replaced ASAP and there is some oil or carbon residue on the plug that hopefully just shows it hasn’t been changed in a long time. I’ll attach a picture.

The 04 on the plate indicated 2004. Husky’s are normally good at keeping the air filter clean so that has been a long time between cleans. Place to start is by pulling the muffler as already mentioned and then maybe a compression test if you have one available
