440a john deere parts

Hey guys, i have a jd 440a and need a cowl panel (between dash and hood) im wondering if the 540a or if theres an older green tractor model will fit. any ideas. i have a parts manual but i think the numbers are diffrent if the same part is green? :greenchainsaw:

Im not sure but you could try Nash in NH

I had to buy that piece for my 440b when I got it. I got mine from John Deere. Part no. was good, or they had an updated no. on their computer, don't remember which. Mine came green, still is. It was pretty pricy through JD, I think it was about $150 or so.

I think the 3020 tractor panel is the same. I have the parts books buried somewhere.

Ah heck the 2510 is probably same also.
