Hi im looking for a preferably single ring 52mm piston that uses a 11mm wrist pin. Or a thinner wrist pin bearing that will let me make the swap conversion possible. Anyone know of such?

So im adapting the 52mm bore joncutter 75cc g7500 engine topend on zenoah g62 crankcases. Funny enough the wrist pin is 12mm the original g62 pin is 11mm, and the g7500 has the proper pin bearing size to make the conversion work. Like dumb luck lol. Im building gokart and goped engines using some saw parts.

A lot of piston bearings are 15mm od.
In smaller piston sizes you can have a 10, 11 or 12 mm pin with the same od bearing so they all fit the same rod.
This is a round about way of saying focus on the od of the bearing and not the pin dia.
52mm 272 husky pistons have one ring, a 12mm pin and 15mm od bearing.

7900 has two rings. I wonder if he considered skirt length first 🤔

Making stuff shorter is easy lol.
Yep you get it. A lil gind here and there and wala they fit. Its like all these engines all kinda copied each other and the same 10 people designed them all. Lol
