i got a feeling all u guys with good 372,026,etc and all the saws with good
work records better hold on toum..
just in case this new epa approved saws dont measure up..
heck it mite not be a bad bet,, to buy a few ,as they may bring a premium in the future..jmo
 
our rep had one last trip by, basically a 660, i didn't look it over real close. also had a FS100 and some info on the 4mix blowers and trimmers coming out.
 
Saw it at GIE. Looks like a 660 w/ different decal.
Stihl rep described it as a smaller version of the 660 filling a price gap.
Didn't get to run it outside, they weren't running saws, only the new blowers & trimmers.

I speculate that the 044/440 will die.  It's not even in the current xx6 (in the old numbering scheme) model generation.  It's been kept around since it was so good.

I'm eagerly awaiting news of the MS261.  I'd like a saw of that size.
